The Anatomy of Kindness

An act of Kindness is a simple recognition of the oneness of life. An act of kindness is the manifestation of my kindness (that I’m one of my kind). We’re manifold expressions of a single, simple kind. Kin.

To act out of anything other than this is not only arrogance, but also self-ostracism. A kind of social suicide on the outside, which reflects a spiritual suicide on the inside.

To be kind to one another is the same as to be kind to oneself. It is to know what kind I am; of what kinship; that my sisters and brothers show me myself.
