Alexander and Me
The following observations were made by a pupil after 11 lessons. Terri Fisher is a rider, golfer, iridoligist, dietary consultant, life coach and corporate executive.


These are some of the changes that have occurred since I started taking Alexander Lessons with
Trevor Allan Davies. 
I have had 11 sessions.

1. I am consciously aware of being able to breath into my back.

2. My golf game improved substantially, I took 6 strokes off of my normal
game with my first game of the season.

3. I feel 100% more solid in my sitting position

4. My riding has improved dramatically, my trainer asked me what was
going on as my position had changed substantially, for the good, which allowed the horses movement
to be more elastic and
buoyant..

5. Riding to jumps I am able to sit in the saddle and have the horse
come up to meet me.

6. My seat is softer and more effective.

7. My hips move with the motion again allowing the horse the freedom
to come through.

8. My legs have lengthened dramatically in my riding position

9. I finally understand how to lengthen my spine in yoga class, prior
to Alexander I would tighten my shoulders, yoga was much more effective when I
incorporated Alexander.

10. The tension in my shoulders is gone

11. My breath is easy and deep.
